Ladybugs Must Render You Catatonic

Sorry I like never post anymore. I'm just so busy with work and homework, and once I'm done I just veg. Not much exciting has happened to me lately. Although a ladybug flew into my mouth while I was walking back from classes. It was so gross, I could taste it for like twenty minutes. I've pretty much adjusted to dorm life. Although everyone on our floor likes to run around and scream and play music loudly. Especially our bath roomies. We don't really see them, but we can hear them. But that's not as bad as our upstairs neighbor. Let's just say me and Carlin hear, noises, almost every night at around one. So awkward.
Work's going pretty good so far too. I mean, it's work, what else is there to say? At least it pays. Eventually. So far I've worked dirty dishes, dining room, deli, the Dash, stocking, and the Grille. I like deli and dining room. They're really low key and easy. Except for when I have to run in the walk-in freezer; it's too cold in there. And the other day when I was working dining room, I was cleaning tables and someone had jammed a quarter in the bottom of the salt shaker. Salt spilled everywhere and ended up giving me an asthma attack. But at least I got a quarter out of it. Simple things like that make me happy at work. It gets boring so you have to find some way to entertain yourself. I do the classic sing songs in my head and play with my gloves. I also like to reorganize the food and play with the ice cream scoop. The other day when I worked dining room there was a random guy doing kung fu stuff outside that was very entertaining.
Classes are alright. The lecture classes are nice cause you don't have to do much except listen and take notes. Creative Drama and Acting are both hard. None of us understand the homework in Creative Drama. We like the class in the class, but not the outside of class stuff. In Acting we have been doing this Meisner thing for weeks that none of us get and are all sick of. If I were to ever meet Meisner I think I would I would smack him.
When me and Carlin aren't in class we usually do homework or veg out. We watch a lot of Nickelodeon. Yes, we are very mature college kids.

  1. I would think that you would get enough protein in the dining hall without having to eat bugs. Or maybe it is the spider bite that has you craving bugs and now you think that you need to be eating them.

    Love and miss you.
